Il am\u00e8ne les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 effectuer un travail r\u00e9flexif sur le m\u00e9tier et le r\u00f4le d\u2019enseignant primaire et leurs propres aspirations professionnelles, tout en d\u00e9veloppant leur autonomie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e2adb1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e2adb1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLe projet CI est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en collaboration avec le Service de l\u2019enseignement obligatoire (SEnOF) et la HEP FR. Durant le projet les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de chaque classe sont encadr\u00e9s par un enseignant. Les buts du projet CI sont les suivants\u00a0:<\/p><p>Chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve \u2026<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>travaille de mani\u00e8re autonome, active et motiv\u00e9e pendant le processus,<\/li><li>recherche une classe pour l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de construction identitaire,<\/li><li>effectue un travail r\u00e9flexif sur ses aspirations professionnelles et le r\u00f4le de l'enseignant,<\/li><li>fait l\u2019observation du m\u00e9tier d'enseignant dans la pratique (comparaison \u00ab imaginaire \u00bb et \u00ab r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00bb) et acquiert sa propre exp\u00e9rience du quotidien d\u2019un enseignant,<\/li><li>pr\u00e9sente son projet en respectant les consignes et d\u00e9crit l\u2019\u00e9volution de son positionnement,<\/li><li>vit le projet comme un enrichissement pour soi-m\u00eame et pour les autres.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"uael-accordion-baf0989\" class=\"uael-faq-accordion\" role=\"tablist\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class= \"uael-accordion-title\" aria-expanded=\"false\" role=\"tab\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"uael-accordion-icon uael-accordion-icon-left\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"uael-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-long-arrow-alt-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"uael-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-angle-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"uael-question-baf0989 uael-question-span\" tabindex=\"0\" id=\"uael-faq-2-6a13ce5ef2c98\">Etapes du projet CI <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"uael-accordion-content\" role=\"tabpanel\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span><p>Le projet d\u00e9bute en septembre et se termine en mars, il est constitu\u00e9 des 4 \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p><ul><li><strong>Recherche d\u2019une classe<\/strong> pour l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de construction identitaire (septembre \u00e0 octobre)\u00a0: l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve recherche un enseignant primaire lui permettant d\u2019effectuer son ECI (hors cercle scolaire dans lequel l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve habite).<\/li><li><strong>Journ\u00e9e de r\u00e9flexion\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e0 l\u2019ECGF fin novembre : l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve analyse sa repr\u00e9sentation du m\u00e9tier et du r\u00f4le d\u2019enseignant de classe primaire. Il assiste aux conf\u00e9rences du SEnOF (buts, mission et organisation de l\u2019\u00e9cole) et de la HEP-FR (construction identitaire des enseignants). Il pr\u00e9pare une \u00e9bauche de son projet personnel. La journ\u00e9e est organis\u00e9e et supervis\u00e9e par une \u00e9quipe d\u2019enseignants ECGF.<\/li><li><strong>Exp\u00e9rience de construction identitaire (ECI)\u00a0<\/strong>: elle est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e fin janvier\u00a0 durant 2,5 jours sous la responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un titulaire de classe primaire.
